Get involved

Be part of
brighter futures.

Give time, open a door, refer a young person, partner with us or help fund the work. There is more than one way to make opportunity more accessible.

Your time.
Your network.
Your support.
It matters.

Ways to get involved

Choose the role that fits you.

We are building our first programmes and partnership network. Some opportunities are open for expressions of interest while delivery details are being confirmed.

Refer

Families, schools and community organisations can talk to us about a young person who may benefit.

Ask about referrals →

Schools & community partners

Bring the programme closer to young people.

We want to work with organisations that already know their communities. That could mean hosting a cohort, identifying young people, contributing space or resources, or developing a referral pathway together.

School/community enquiry →

ReferConnect eligible young people with support.
CollaborateShape delivery around local needs.
ResourceHelp provide materials, equipment or access.

Employers & professionals

One conversation can widen someone’s view of what is possible.

Career Ready will need people willing to share what they know, explain routes into their sector and help young people understand the world beyond school.

Offer an opportunity →
SpeakJoin a career conversation or workshop.
ShowIntroduce young people to a workplace or sector.
MentorShare insight and encouragement.
Open doorsOffer experiences, projects or future pathways.

Volunteer safeguarding

Young people’s safety comes first.

Volunteer and mentoring roles involving children and young people will only go live with appropriate recruitment, safeguarding checks, role boundaries, training and supervision in place.

Registering interest does not guarantee a role. We will explain the requirements for each opportunity before anyone begins working with young people.
